We want you to love your CUCU Covers, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened products. If your order isn't a perfect fit for your style, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused covers in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
